Onion, sea salt, cumin, cayenne pepper, red bell pepper, bok choy, grass-fed ground beef, and sauteed yams. Decided to take the picture when it was almost done, which is why it looks small. But there was actually a lot more on this plate initially. Definitely a meal that hits that spot.

Do not underestimate the health improvements that can come from consistently cooking meals like this yourself at home versus buying it from a restaurant or store. They are different.
But who has time for this?! You do if you make the time.
