Start by not placing the phone close to your head, in your bra, or attached to your body. Place it far away from you at night.
Turn off WiFi when you don’t need it.
Unplug electronics when you’re not using them, especially those you sleep next to.
Turn off your cell phone when you really don’t need it (or put it in airplane mode), such as when you’re out running or going to see a movie.
