Pork loin stuffed with onions, green bell pepper and celery; sea salt, chili pepper, tarragon, baby bok Choy, potato.
Can make this vegan by removing the pork and leave as is, or add in beans, grains, nuts, seeds, and/or mushrooms.
People like to give up pork but still eat tons of processed foods. Give up or start to significantly reduce the amount of processed foods in your diet and watch your health improve.
Also, I notice pre-marinated uncooked meat you can buy in the stores, particularly pork loins. I only buy uncooked meat with no marinades because I don’t trust the process and there are usually ingredients in there that I don’t want. Season the food on your own.
