An article came out discussing how magnesium potentially could stave off dementia.
The magnesium content of apples dropped about 80% last century. While supplementing is very helpful, I am not in agreement with governments and mass food producers who, through farming practices, rob people of a certain percentage of nutrients that should be found in their food, and then they have to instead pay for it more than they would have really needed to.
The supplemental dosage of magnesium that would help people now likely has to be higher than it would have needed to be in the past.
I encourage you to garden and nourish your soil better than those who are engaged in mass production, so that you can reap more nutrition from your food.
~While we can all appreciate others growing food for us, there are some current drawbacks that need to be discussed.
