Why? Because these are food intolerances for not only me, but a number of other people, and they can go unnoticed. Food intolerances are quite common and can be an underlying reason why many conditions begin and persist. Food intolerances promotes inflammation within the body. Conditions related to the Cardiovascular, Skin, Digestive, Endocrine, Head, Eyes, Ears, Nose, Throat, Musculoskeletal, Neurologic, Respiratory, Urinary, and Reproductive systems can all be associated with Food intolerances.
There are two particular ways one can determine their own food intolerances. One is through process of elimination and slowly adding back foods to determine those that one reacts to. Another is through testing, which I offer. It is best to consult a doctor to help guide you through either route you choose so as to get the best results.
